Need air samples collected from the hallway outside my apartment, smells like a year that hasn't happened yet $90 (Odranna)

There is a stretch of hallway on the 4th floor of my building, between units 4B and 4C, where the air smells wrong. Not bad. Wrong. Like a year that hasn't happened yet. Clean, faintly metallic, and it makes you feel like you've already been somewhere you haven't gone.

Brought it up to my landlord. He said it's "just the ventilation." I've lived here 8 years and the ventilation has never smelled like the future before. The tenants in 4C say they don't notice it, but they also just started a podcast called "Urban Air Folklore" so I don't trust their objectivity.

I need independent air samples for a formal environmental complaint. My case won't go anywhere without lab documentation.

What I need:

• 3-5 sealed samples from the affected stretch (about 12 feet, starting at the fire extinguisher, ending at the window)
• 1 control sample from the 3rd floor hallway for comparison
• Date-stamped, labeled, sealed in glass. Glass, not plastic. Plastic changes the decade. I learned that with the first set.

$90 for the full collection. If you have lab connections and can also get analysis done, I'll pay more. Building board meeting is the 17th and I'm going in with evidence or not at all.
