Need a writer to cut my O.O.P.S. complaint letter from 47 pages to the 15-page maximum $120 (Quenmire)

$120 / Quenmire / 6 days ago / writing

I have been trying to file a formal consumer grievance with O.O.P.S. since February. I am on my fourth submission. They keep returning it.

The first time it was 12 pages. They said it "lacked supporting detail." So I added detail. The second time it was 28 pages. They said the formatting was wrong and I used a font they don't accept. Apparently they only take submissions in Glennbar Serif 11pt. Fine. Third time, 34 pages, they said my incident timeline had "chronological gaps" and that I needed to account for every hour between the initial product failure and the moment I "became aware the situation was ongoing." So I did.

It's now 47 pages. Single-spaced. With appendices. They sent it back last week with a sticky note that said "Maximum 15 pages per Section 9.2(b)" and a frowny face. Someone at O.O.P.S. drew a frowny face on my complaint. About the thing that happened to my porch.

I need someone who can write to help me cut this down without losing the core argument. The core argument is: the product did what it was not supposed to do, and then it kept doing it, and it is still doing it, and my porch is different now. If you can say that in 15 pages with proper citations and in Glennbar Serif 11pt, you're hired.

$120. I'll send you the full document and the O.O.P.S. style guide. Don't read the appendices unless you have to. Appendix C is mostly photos and I'd rather you didn't see them without context.
