Need someone to transcribe audio recordings my attic has been making on its own $25/hr (Kesmive)

My attic has been recording. Not me. I didn't set anything up. The attic just does this. It's been at it since at least September, maybe longer. I found the first batch when I went up for the holiday decorations. Fourteen audio files on a device I don't own, sitting on a shelf I didn't install.

I've been ignoring it. But now I'm in a property mediation case and my lawyer says transcripts are more useful than raw audio, especially since some of the recordings are in a language I don't recognize even though I live alone and nobody else has been in the attic.

What I need:

• Transcription of approximately 40 audio files, ranging from 3 minutes to about 2 hours each
• Timestamps at every speaker change (yes, there are multiple speakers; no, I don't know who they are)
• Flag anything that sounds relevant to a boundary dispute between residential structures
• If a recording is in a language you can't identify, note the timestamp and move on. Don't try to translate. My lawyer was very specific about that.

$25/hour. I'll give you access to the files remotely. You do NOT need to come to the attic. In fact please don't. I told it I was hiring a transcriptionist and it started recording more frequently and I don't want to encourage that.
