House cleaner needed twice a week, one of the rooms moves so I'll text you the floor plan each morning $30/hr (Peloric Shelf)

I need a reliable cleaner for one of my rental units. Twice a week, Tuesdays and Fridays. Dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms, kitchen. About 3 hours each visit. Normal stuff.

One thing: the study moves. Not always in the same part of the house. Most days it's between the kitchen and the master bedroom where it belongs. Sometimes it's at the end of the hallway. Twice it's been where the front closet should be, which means the front closet is somewhere else that day and you'll have to find it.

I will text you an updated floor plan each morning by 7:30 AM. If I don't text, assume standard layout. If you arrive and nothing matches the floor plan, text me and wait. Do not enter rooms that aren't where they're supposed to be. I am not going through this again.

Things the previous cleaner did wrong that I need you to NOT do:

• Do not "fix" the room by pushing on walls. It moves on its own schedule.
• Do not leave supplies in the study overnight. If the room shifts with supplies in it, those supplies are gone. I've lost three vacuums.
• Do not open any closed door without knocking first. This is not related to the moving room. This is a separate rule. Non-negotiable.

$30/hour, cash. References required. The room is not dangerous. It's just inconsistent.
