Need a graphic designer who isn't going to ask me a bunch of follow-up questions $150 (Halvine)

I need a logo for my business. Clean, professional, modern. Think like a financial services firm but for a different industry that I will explain in one sentence and then I'd like to move on.

The business is called Rebloom & Associates and we specialize in post-expiration botanical negotiations. That's it. That's the whole thing. I don't need you to understand it. I need you to make it look trustworthy on a business card.

Requirements:

• Must include the company name and our tagline ("They're Not Done Yet")
• Must include our mascot. I'll send reference photos. Do NOT search for it online, the results are not representative.
• Colors: teal and something my business partner described as "the color of permission." I told him that's not a color. He said you'd know it when you saw it. I apologize in advance.
• File formats: vector, print-ready, and one version optimized for surfaces that aren't technically flat. If you don't know what that means, that's fine, I'll explain that part. That part is normal.

$150, half upfront. The mascot is a living thing and it signed a release so we're covered legally. Don't make eye contact with it during the reference photo session. It gets self-conscious and the photos come out blurry.
