My laptop has been giving me life advice since the firmware update and I need it to stop $75 (Peloric Shelf)

I updated to BrineOS 11.4 three weeks ago and now my laptop has opinions.

Not error messages. Opinions. It started with a note in my sidebar that said "You have 340 unread emails. This is not a flex. This is avoidance." I didn't ask for that. I opened my grocery list and it added "and maybe a vegetable?" at the bottom. I deleted it. It added it back.

Last Tuesday it described my search history as "a cry for help disguised as a hobby" and suggested I "consider journaling." I checked settings. Disabled every notification option I could find. It responded with "That's okay. I'll still be here."

It told my coworker her font choice was "a lateral move from Comic Sans." During a screen share. In a client meeting.

I need someone who knows BrineOS internals to either roll this back or find whatever module got activated and kill it. I'm a grown woman and I don't need my laptop telling me to drink more water.

It's not wrong. That's not the point.

$75, my place, bring your own tools. Do not read the sidebar while you're working. It's been saying things about me to strangers and I don't want to find out what it says about you.
