Room in a three-bedroom near the Korrath Basin transit stop. You'd be sharing with me (28, works from home, generally quiet) and Derek (unclear, keeps to himself, has been here longer than the lease).

Shared kitchen and living room. Derek doesn't cook but sometimes there's food in the fridge that belongs to him. You'll know which food is his because it will be warm even though the fridge is cold. Don't eat it. Don't ask about it. He's nice, he's just private.

$550/mo, split utilities three ways. Derek pays his share on time and in cash, always exact change, always left on the kitchen counter between 3 and 4 AM. Great roommate honestly. You just don't see him much. Or at all, technically.
