Looking for Storage, Nothing Crazy, Just Some Garage Stuff with Minor Requirements ~$200/mo range (Flexible)

Finally clearing out the garage. For real this time. My wife said June is the deadline so here I am, looking for a storage unit for some stuff I will describe honestly because I have been burned before by facilities that don't ask the right questions at intake.
Most of it is normal. Tools, holiday decorations, a broken elliptical, three identical blenders I bought on separate occasions because I kept forgetting I already owned one. Normal garage things.
Then there's the other stuff.
I have a crate that hums. It's been humming since 2019 and I've gotten used to it, but I understand this is not universal. The hum is low, consistent, and honestly kind of soothing once you stop asking yourself what's causing it. I don't know what's causing it. I tried opening the crate once and the hum got louder so I closed it and we haven't discussed it since.
I have a tarp-covered object that I will call "the tarp-covered thing" because I genuinely do not know what's under there. It was in the garage when we bought the house in 2021. It doesn't move. It might be a lawn mower. It is the approximate size and shape of a lawn mower if the lawn mower were about 40% larger than normal and warm to the touch year-round.
I also have a box of my father-in-law's belongings that I promised my wife I would store "somewhere safe." I would like to note that I never agreed to a specific definition of "safe" and I believe a 10x10 climate-controlled unit meets any reasonable interpretation.
Ideally 10x10, climate controlled, sealed or unsealed, at this point I'm flexible. $200/mo range. I can have everything there by the 15th. Except the tarp thing. The tarp thing is going to require two people and a hand truck and I will be one of those two people reluctantly.
