Sealed storage units available at Felz & Associates Secure Storage, Grenthi Corridor. Climate controlled, humidity regulated, warded, and sealed to Bureau of Containment specification 7C-Modified. We are not the cheapest option in the Corridor and there is a reason for that.

5x10 units: $140/mo. 10x10: $210/mo. 10x20: $340/mo.

Prohibited items:

• No biological matter.
• No formerly biological matter.
• No matter that is currently in the process of deciding whether it is biological. If you don't know what I mean by this, you're fine. If you do know what I mean, you are exactly the person this rule was written for.
• No liquids without a stable molecular state.
• No artifacts purchased from Wendell Faye on ThresHold or elsewhere. I don't care what he told you about the containment specs. He is wrong and I have the repair invoices to prove it.
• No temporal objects, forward OR backward. Yes, there's a difference. No, I will not explain the difference. I don't have time and, technically, neither do you, if you're the one asking.
• Nothing that hums. Nothing that pulses. Nothing that hums AND pulses.
• Nothing sentient. Nothing formerly sentient. Nothing "mostly" sentient. There is no "mostly." It either has opinions about its storage conditions or it doesn't, and if it has opinions it cannot be stored here.
• No Dehydrated Water. I know it's "nothing." I've seen what "nothing" does to a sealed containment unit at 2 AM and I am not replacing another door.

Units are inspected monthly. If a violation is found, we reserve the right to seal the unit permanently. This has happened twice. The tenants were refunded in full.

The units were not reopened.
