Room available in a two-bedroom on Delvane Street. It's a good room. Corner unit, two windows, decent closet. You'd have your own bathroom, which is nice because I have mine and the arrangement works and honestly there's no reason to go near the hall bathroom at all.

Looking for someone quiet. Clean. Doesn't ask a lot of questions about the apartment's history. Not in a weird way. I just think some things are more interesting left as mysteries. Like where the cold spot in the kitchen comes from. Or what that sound is at 4 AM. Could be pipes. Probably pipes.

Previous roommate is fine. She moved. I don't know where she moved to. She left on a Tuesday, which is when people move. She left her shoes, which is normal, people leave shoes. I donated them. I don't know why I'm telling you about the shoes. Forget the shoes.
