Customer Support Associate, WittyCorp Consumer Products (Remote Option) (Grelmire)
WittyCorp is hiring Customer Support Associates for our Consumer Response team. Full-time, benefits-eligible, remote option available after 90-day onboarding period.
You'll handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat across our full product catalog. Average volume is 80-120 contacts/day. Most are routine. Some are not. You will learn to hear the difference within your first week.
We provide comprehensive product training. You will not need prior familiarity with spring-loaded child conveyance systems, personal containment technology, or dehydrated consumable goods. But if you have it, you will advance through onboarding faster and with fewer incidents.
What we're looking for:
- Clear communicator who stays calm under volume (both noise and quantity)
- Comfortable repeating "that is not a manufacturer defect, that is user modification" up to 40 times per shift
- Able to navigate our FAQ system (11,400 entries, updated weekly, occasionally contradictory. You'll learn which entries to trust)
Compensation: $19/hr base + quarterly performance bonuses. Top performers last quarter averaged $22.60/hr. We do not publicly discuss what happened to the bottom performers but we do offer a generous severance package and that should tell you what you need to know.
