Need a Handler, Residential Job, Something in My Basement, $500 Cash $500 flat (Brinnoch)

I have a situation in my basement and I need someone who deals with this kind of thing.

It's been down there about two weeks. I don't know what it is. It's not making noise anymore which is either a good sign or a very bad sign depending on what it is, which, again, I do not know, because I am not going down there. That is the entire reason I'm posting this.

It started as a sound. Then it was a sound and a smell. Now it's just a smell, but the smell has gotten... specific. Like it's trying to communicate something through the smell. I don't know how else to describe it.

$500, flat rate, cash, paid when it's handled. "Handled" means it is no longer in my basement. I don't care where it goes after that. That is between you and whatever it is. I just need access to my furnace before the cold season because the furnace is in the basement and I have been putting off the service appointment for two weeks for reasons that should now be obvious.

Must have your own equipment. Must have residential containment experience. If your first suggestion is "call O.O.P.S.". I called O.O.P.S., they put me on a nine-week waitlist and told me to "limit engagement with the affected area." I AM limiting engagement. I have not been in my own basement in fourteen days. My laundry situation is critical. That is how serious I am about this.
