Selling Non-Grounded Spot Before the HOA Fines Me Into the Ground (Ironic, I Know)

I am selling my non-grounded parking space in the Delvane Quarter because the HOA voted in March to raise the minimum hover height from 25 feet to 45 feet and my spot sits at 30. Thirty feet. Five feet above the old minimum. It was fine for four years. No one complained. My car was up there, I could see it, everything was working, and now I'm "non-compliant" because seven people on a board decided that 25 feet was "creating a visual obstruction for upper-tier parkers."

I appealed. Denied. I appealed the denial. They denied the appeal of the denial and also sent me a separate letter about my recycling bins. These people have nothing going on in their lives.

I have until July 15 to either upgrade the tether to reach 45 feet, $3,200 install, and the Gralmek-certified installer waitlist is four months, or sell. So here I am. Selling.

$800 for the spot. I paid $1,600 two years ago. It's a 30-foot spot in a 45-foot neighborhood now and I am aware of the situation. If you're handy with tether rigs or just philosophically opposed to HOA governance, this is yours.
