Beautiful Unstabilized Loft, Not for Everyone, but Maybe for You $550/mo (Skivven Flats)

Loft space in the Skivven Flats district. Unstabilized, and I'm putting that right up top because I am tired of people showing up to the walkthrough and acting like I hid something. It's in the subcategory name. It's literally in the URL you clicked to get here.

That said , this place is beautiful. 14-foot ceilings when they're there. Exposed beams. The kind of natural light that photographers would lose their minds over, partly because the windows migrate to follow the sun throughout the day. You cannot buy that feature in a stable building. You'd have to install a motorized track system and it'd cost you $8,000 and it still wouldn't look this good.

The loft currently has a mezzanine bedroom that has been present for eleven consecutive weeks, which I believe is a building record. Kitchenette with working gas range. Bathroom has been in the same spot since I moved in, which at this point feels like a commitment. The closet wanders, but you learn to leave it open so you can hear where it went.
