Dimensionally stable: certified, inspected quarterly, last three readings within 0.2% baseline. I spent real money on the stabilizers and I expect tenants to respect that investment.

Lease terms are firm:

• No candles, open flames, or "contained" flames. There is no such thing as a contained flame. I have learned this.
• No pets over 6 lbs. No pets under 6 lbs that have more than four legs.
• No overnight guests for the first 90 days. After 90 days, guests must be registered 48 hours in advance and must leave by 9 AM. I don't care what you're doing. 9 AM.
• Nothing plugged into the outlet behind the refrigerator. That outlet is not for you. It is not for anyone. Pretend it doesn't exist.
• No music after 10 PM. No humming after 11 PM. I can hear humming.
• The hallway closet on the second floor is locked. It stays locked. You will not be given a key. There used to be a key and I resolved that situation.
