LOST: My parking spot. It was in Row C. It is simply not there anymore. (Kelvidge Mall)

Reserved spot at Kelvidge Mall, Row C, space 14. Had it two years. Paid annually. Pulled in Monday and it's not there. 13 is there, 15 is there, the stripe just skips right over like 14 never existed. Mall office says they "show no record of a space 14 in Row C." I have the pass. I have the receipt. Filed with the on-site Parking Adjudicator but spot migration claims require a surveyor and the next opening is August. I'm parking in overflow like an animal. If anyone in Kelvidge has noticed an extra numbered parking space showing up where one shouldn't be, possibly a 14, possibly between two spots that are suddenly a little too far apart, let me know. I just want to park my car.
