LOST: The hum in my apartment. Offering reward, dead serious. (Broskaw)

My apartment has had a hum since I moved in three years ago. Low, steady, constant. Landlord said it was the building settling. HVAC guy said ducts. Neighbor downstairs said she could feel it through the floor. It was always there and then last Monday it just stopped. I cannot express how wrong the silence is. I've tried fans, white noise machines, running the dishwasher overnight, none of it is the hum. The hum was specific. It was a low B-flat, pulsing, slightly warm-feeling. If you're in Broskaw and you've suddenly got a hum that appeared around May 30th, it might be mine. $50 reward, no questions asked. Do NOT contact me about selling me a replacement hum.
