Outdoor grounded parking off Grenthi Avenue in Thrael Point. Clearly marked, decent lighting most of the time. $95/mo, month-to-month.

Few rules:

• Park between 6 AM and 11 PM only. Vehicle must be out of the lot by 11. I know that sounds arbitrary. It is not arbitrary.
• Nothing organic left in the vehicle overnight. No food, no flowers, no air fresheners made with real botanicals. I learned that one the hard way and I don't want to talk about what happened to the pine tree on the rearview.
• If your car alarm goes off between 2 and 4 AM, do not go check on it. It will stop when it's ready. It always stops.
• The lot will occasionally smell like ozone and warm pennies. This is seasonal and temporary and not worth calling anyone about.
• Your vehicle may be facing a different direction in the morning than when you left it. This does not mean anyone was in your car.

$95 is a fair price for grounded parking in this neighborhood and if you disagree you haven't looked at what non-grounded goes for out here.
