Did anyone see that column of light over Groat Hill last night, 11ish? (Groat Hill)

Around 11 PM last night there was a wide column of blue-ish light over the Groat Hill area, lasted maybe four minutes. Didn't make a sound but my dog did not like it. My neighbor's dog also did not like it. The Mertzels' cat sat in the window staring directly at it for the full duration and I liked that even less.

Just want to know if anyone knows what it was. Not worried, just curious. Okay slightly worried.
